Design

During this phase of our process, you’ll get to work with our professional design team. It all starts with a visit to your home. You tell us what you have in mind, and we start by taking measurements of the space you would like to renovate. We’ll work hard to align your ideas with any limitations inside your home, and we’ll keep producing new designs until you know that you’re looking at exactly what you want.

If you have a need, but not quite a vision of what you want, that’s okay! A lot of exciting things are constantly happening in the world of home design and our designers know all about them. We’ll guide you through classic looks and the hottest trends until you find something that speaks to you. Once you find something you like, you can customize it until you’re 100% satisfied. it’s really something all your own. Once we’ve got a design you love, we will set another appointment for planning.

Plan

The planning phase is all about the important non-design details that go into your build. Now that we’ve worked out what you want, we need to work on making it happen. If there’s more than one way to achieve the results you want, we’ll take you through the various finalized options, and you can pick the one that works the best for you and your home.

You’ll have many other important decisions to make during the planning phase, such as the quality or style of materials you want to use. This will allow us to order the proper materials ahead of time so we can lock down an estimate. Also, you’ll need to decide when you want to build, and what kind of timeline you want for your project. This may sound like a lot to process, but our team will be with you the whole way. We’re here to answer any questions you have, and guide you through each decision. We even take responsibility for submitting the permits and all the paperwork that needs to be filed with city officials and governing bodies.

Build

Even from our end, it’s always a treat to see a vision start to come to life. During the building phase, we manage each part in accordance with the budget and timeline we agreed upon with you. We don’t rush our work, but our team knows how to achieve quality on a tight schedule, so you can forget the sounds of construction and enjoy your brand new home renovation or other project. Even when building, we keep communication completely open. Building your new home is exciting, especially when you understand how the process works.
