First ten years service requests

You can rest assured that within the first year of ownership, Royal Craft Homes covers defective work under our extensive warranty program. Our homeowners are encouraged to fill out a 30 day, 6-month and 11-month request-for-service forms for anything that falls under the HPO Performance Guidelines.

Simply fill out your Service Request Forms, which are included in your Homeowner Manual, and scan to jass@royalcrafthomes.ca . It’s that easy.
